Vanessa Denise Davis was on April 17, 1967 in Manhattan, New York. She was the daughter of Mattie Lou Davis and Laymon Davis. She entered into eternal rest on June 21, 2023.
Vanessa grew up in Eutawville South Carolina. She attended Holly Hill Roberts High School. She later moved to Vermont to obtain her Associates Degree in Applied Health (LNA). She wasm employed by Star Farm Nursing Home in Burlington, VT.
At an early age, she was baptized and received Christ as her Lord and Savior.
Vanessa loved travel adventures with her family a lot. She loved her son's, Kenneth Davis, Emmanuel Palmer unconditionally.
Vanessa was a caring, joyful, compassionate and non-judgmental person. She loves everyone. She loved to give hugs and kisses. We will miss her gentle soul, as well as her warm, tender love. She had a love for reading the bible and studying God's word. She had special interest for monkeys.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Palmer.
She leave cherish her wonderful memories, her loving mother, Mattie Davis; father, Laymon Davis (Boo); brother, Danny B. Davis; sisters: Jennifer Davis (Eric) of Goose Creek, SC, Jessica Davis-Osorio (Edmund) Manhattan, NY, and Linda Lee High of Goose Creek, SC; a very special companion, Albert Johnson of Burlington, Vermont; granddaughter, Keyleah Davis, special, Aunt Annie Lee Brown of New York; uncle, Fred Simmons(Barbara) and a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
