Terry Clark, the son of the late Mr. Melker and Bernice Clark was born on July 15th, 1960, in Orangeburg SC. Terry gained his wings on January 27, 2025, at his residence. At the youngthful age of 64 this was very unexpected for his family, but God knew best Terry was preceded in death by two brothers: Sammie Lee Clark and Micheal Clark, and one sister Babara Chancy.
Terry grew up in Holly Hill SC. He received his high school diploma at Roberts High School C/O 1978. At an early age, he joined the Greater Unity AME Church. He was a member of the Junior Choir, Men's Choir, and Board of Trustees. He also worked at several grocery stores in Holly Hill, and Berkley County School District in the custodial department.
Terry will always be remembered for being the life of the party.
Terry leaves to cherish his memories, wife Louise Clark, one Cotrell(Gail) Elmore of Columbia SC, and two daughters Tanyertta Ricks-Oliver of Charlotte NC, and Raven Clark of Orangeburg SC. His loving sibling's brother Charlie Clark of Boston, MA, James Clark of Washington DC, and sisters Annie(Melvin)Gavin of Holly Hill SC, and Joyce Dawson of Santee SC. Three brothers-in-law Furman Smith, Ward Daniel Smith, and Chralie Chancey Jr. all Holly-Hill SC. Four sisters-in-law Barbara Pinckney of Holly Hill SC, Virginia Smith of Orangeburg SC, Mary Ann Smith, and Blondell Smith of Santee SC. One beautiful granddaughter Laila "Oliver of Charlotte NC. One special niece Drawnn (Johnny) Wright of Vance SC. Two very special buddy/friend Leroy (Kane) Myers and Jerome Foster and a host of nieces's nephews and other relatives and friends.
