Sharon Rena Bonaparte, aged 60, was called home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2024, in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Born August 8, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York, Sharon was a faithful servant who lived her life with a profound sense of humility and a heart full of gratitude. Her gentle spirit and loving nature were a reflection of her deep respect for the Lord's creation and her commitment to embodying His teachings.
Sharon's life was a living prayer, her actions a demonstration of the love and grace bestowed upon her by her faith. Though she was quiet and reserved, her love for the Lord was bold and unwavering, guiding her through life's journey as an ambitious and God-fearing soul. She was the epitome of an extroverted introvert, finding strength in her faith and comfort in her close-knit circle of family and friends.
A graduated of Atlantic High School and Tampa Tech, Sharon's love for the arts was an expression of her admiration for the beauty and complexity of God's world. Her hobbies also included dancing, and cherishing every moment with her children and grandchildren, whom she viewed as precious gifts from above. She and her sister had a bond that was unimaginable and unbreakable. Sharon's desire to travel the world was born of a humble wish to witness the vastness of God's handiwork.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in her children, Alise (John David Collins), Justin, and Bryce Fashaw; her cherished grandchildren, Chloe (7), Luna (6), Greysen (4), Jabari (4), Lyla (2), and Lyric (2); her beloved mother, Lorraine Bonaparte Brantley; stepfather, Freddie Brantley; sister, Shelanda Bonaparte Addison; nephew, Jamar Addison and former husband, Edward Fashaw. Sharon is now reunited in Heaven with her father, Napoleon Bonaparte. In Sharon's memory, we celebrate a life well-lived, one that was filled with the virtues of kindness, reliability, and selflessness. We are eternally grateful for the blessing of her presence in our lives and take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father.
