A TIME TO BE BORN…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. was December 8, 1953, in Holly Hill, South
Carolina, to the late Hattie Lee Summers Brown and Robert Lee Brown, Sr.
A TIME TO GROW…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. grew up in Holly Hill area and graduated in 1973
from Roberts High School.
A TIME TO WORSHIP…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. joined Lovely Hill Baptist Church in Holly Hill,
SC at a very young age.
A TIME TO WORK…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. worked for Holcim Cement plant for many years,
however he retired from Husqvarna in 2007.
A TIME TO ENJOY LIFE…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. never met a stranger. He enjoyed attending
dragstrips with his friends, watching movies, laughing, eating, listening to any old school R&B
music, and enjoying his family.
A TIME TO DIE…. God called him home from labor to reward on April 11, 2024 at his Hutto
Market resident. He lived a full life and was ready to meet his maker. He was preceded in death
by his mother, Hattie Lee Summers Brown and father, Robert Lee Brown, Sr.
A TIME TO MOURN…. Robert Lee Brown, Jr. memories will forever and always cherished by
his loving children: Tera Benjamin, Toshia Benjamin, Sedrick “Ron” Guest; step children, Ashley
(Patrick) Byrd, Sherrell Keitt, Wade Keitt, Leonard Keitt; eight grandchildren, Jacrease Void,
Khalil Halls, Salome Edwards, Ben Edwards, Da’Shaun Houser, Xavion Guest, Ireanna Sellers,
Malaiya Connor; Step grandchildren, Jayda Byrd, Patrick Byrd, Joshua Keitt-Morgan, Caden
Johnson, Kyra Johnson, Jiraiya Keitt, Adonis Keitt, A’shuwnti Mack, Zaiden Keitt; loving siblings,
Celestine Brown, James (Patricia) Brown; nieces, Tatanisha Freeman, Shaquana Brown;
special friend, Dorothy Brown; host of other relatives and friends.
