Patricia Jacques

Patricia Ann “Candy” Jacques,  was born February 8, 1968 in Charleston County to Roosevelt and Mary Randolph Jacques.

Patricia was educated collectively through the Orangeburg County School Districts. She was employed with Katura Springs Assisted Living until her health declined. Patricia was loved and adored by a multitude of family and friends. Patricia loved to dance, go fishing, and cook for family and friends or as she would say “use to enjoy cooking.” Patricia was innovative, down to earth, and kindhearted but did not mind keeping it real.

She departed this life on May 15, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Jacques (son), Jennifer Jacques (daughter), Melvin, Morris, and Roosevelt Jacques (brothers), and Hakeem Guest (grandson).

She leaves to cherish her fond memories: devoted husband James Bailey; two daughters: Shonnta and Shirrel Jacques; son: James (Kim) Jacques; her siblings: Wilhelmenia (Julius) Middleton, James Jacques, Tony Jacques, Tanya (Joseph) Evans, and Adrian Jenkins; ten grandchildren; two great-children; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends as well as her special nephew Altron Jacques.
