Patricia Ann Gilliard, affectionately known as "Trish Ann," was born on October 12, 1953, in Holly Hill, South Carolina, to the late Jacob Williams, Sr. , and the late Rosa Lee Williams, both of Holly Hill, SC. On December 7, 2023 , while at home and surrounded by her loving children, Trish Ann was called from labor to reward.
At an early age, Trish Ann accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. She was an active member of Ebenezer Zion A.M.E. Church, where she served on Kitchen Committee #2, and she was a member of The Daughters of Sarah.
Trish Ann attended the public schools in Orangeburg County. She was employed by Dorchester District 2.
Trish Ann was also preceded in death by her siblings, Julie Mae White and Jimmy Lee Macon, Sr.
Trish Ann leaves to cherish her loving memories: a loving and devoted husband, Benjamin Curtis Gilliard; children: Gregory Gilliard, Bentrenia Gilliard, Michael Terrell (Shanika) Gilliard, and Berry (Timbora) Curtis; siblings: Jacob Williams, Jr., Mary Lee Mack, and Ella Mae Duggins; in-laws: Bernice Musgrave, Gladys (Benjamin) Bennett, Carrie (Benjamin) Jefferson, Lurtrisha Gilliard, Pearline (Jose) Dawson, Richard Gilliard, Harry (Ann) Gilliard, Rev. Bobby (Andrea) Gilliard, and Zelphair (Norman) Grant; fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives, friends and co-workers.
