Lorenzo Carroll Williams

Lorenzo Williams was born February 24, 1978, in Holly Hill, SC. He is the son of Mr. John Blanchard and the late Mrs. Margaret Williams Green. 

Lorenzo was affectionately known as "Renzy." He grew up in the Boyer Community with his grandparents Dr. Joe Green, Sr. and Clary Green. He was one of the founding members of True Faith Baptist Church. He attended the public schools and graduated from Holly Hill Roberts High School with the class of 1997. He loved fixing things and helping others.

Mr. Lorenzo Williams and Ms. Lonzetter Brown were united in holy matrimony on October 30, 2010. He reared two children: Miss Yanirah Brown and Mr. Trevon Levine.

Renzy loved telling jokes and making people laugh. He could light up a room with his laughter. He enjoyed playing video games and watching his favorite team "The Patriots." He loved children and making them laugh.

Lorenzo departed this life August 15, 2021. He will be greatly missed by many. Renzy was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Green; his mother-in-law, Izetta Gadson; grandparents: Clay and Joe Green, Sr. and Bertha and John Blanchard, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories: his wife, Lonzetter Williams; two children, Yanirah Brown and Trevon Levine of the home; his father, John Blanchard of Eutawville, Sc and stepfather, Richard Green of Holly Hill, SC; two sisters: Tawanda Green and Aisha (Michael) McFadden of Holly Hill, SC; two brothers: Richard Green of St. George, SC and Adrian Green of New Hartford, NY; father-in-law: Alonzo Bohannon of Miami, FL; grandmother, Arlene Brown; three brothers-in-law: Thomas Brown and Johnathan Guest of Holly Hill, SC and Michael High of Moncks Corner, SC; one sister-in-law: Deatrice Brown of California; five dear friends: Yoland White, Deatrice O. Brown, Latertreius Hardy, Shantae Guest, and Joelina Peeples, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
