Kimora Bookhart Obituary

Our Princess, Kimora Cheyenne Bookhart, daughter of Tamela “TC” Collier and Jarcar Stanton Bookhart was born on June 22, 2011.  She received her wings on Saturday, May 14, 2022 by way of a tragic car accident.

Our Princess attended Holly Hill Elementary School where she was in the 5th  grade and was anxiously awaiting her May 26th graduation and promotion to the 6th grade.

Mora, as she was affectionately called, was a very loving and caring person, especially to her little brothers and cousin Jr., her ride or die buddy. Sometimes she would complain about how Monty would get on her nerves, saying he was so bad, but she loved them unconditionally. They were very special to her. Stories were told that she had her life planned out. She promised her cousin Jr that if he played basketball, she was definitely going to be his cheerleader. She loved dancing, making TikTok videos, and playing games such as Roblox. She was a very intelligent young girl, especially when it came down to cell phone technology. She could teach you a few things. And speaking of teaching, she wanted to be one. We can remember the many times during some of her visits with us (Johnny and Juliet) when she’d have her imaginary classroom and teaching her imaginary pupils.  She loved Ziggy, our poodle until Ziggy got on her nerves, then she didn’t want to be bothered anymore. As long as she was in control of him, she’d be okay. Like any other princess, she had her dad wrapped around her finger. She was the apple of his eye. What we wouldn’t give to see her grow into the successful, lovely woman we were sure she’d turn out to be.

Mora leaves behind many fond memories. To cherish these memories are her mother, Tamela Collier of Holly Hill, SC; father, Jarcar Bookhart of Holly Hill, SC; two brothers, Ja’Montae Williams and Erick Rogers,Jr., both of the home; Grandparents Barbara Williams of the home, Perry Collier of Eutawville, SC, Johnny and Juliet Bookhart of Holly Hill, SC; two uncles, Lakenrick Williams  of Norfolk, VA and Jeron (Tamieka) Bookhart of Vance, SC; six aunts, Crystal L.
