James Shuler affectionately known as Wolf/Cudda Boy, was born on June 2, 1947 in Holly Hill, South Carolina, the seventh of fifteen children to the late Neather Brown Jones and Grady Shuler. He departed this life on Friday, October 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
In 1955 at the age of 8 years old he moved to Miami Florida and graduated from George Washington Carver High School in Coconut Grove, FL class of 1966.On August 8,1966, James joined the United States Air Force. He was very neat and was willing to help in any capacity. He LOVED riding shotgun in a heartbeat and no matter where he went people would gravitate to him quickly! James was a jack of all trades being a builder, painter, and a mechanic.
Wolf/Cudda Boy was the life of every party on any given day. He loved to dance, loved all children, and was a man of his word. JAMES HAD AN ENOROMOUS HEART OF GOLD.
He leaves to cherish his memories; three children, Ty Jimenez of the Philippines, Mace Shuler of Jacksonville, FL, and as he would say, his aggravating daughter who is spoiled rotten and it is his fault, Melissa Shuler of Goose Creek, SC; eight grandchildren, three sisters, Ida Wilson, Elder Elease Walker, and Barbara President; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
