Mr. Emanuel “Koot” Randolph, was born in Holly Hill, South Carolina, on March 22, 1946 to the late Benjamin & Carrie Randolph. He entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at N.H.C. in Charleston, South Carolina.
At an early age Emanuel joined Greater Target AME Church in Holly Hill, SC. He attended Roberts High School and later enlisted into the U.S. Army. After Emanuel returned from serving his country, he pursued a career as a truck driver and a carpenter.
He met the love of his life, Janie F. Randolph, and was married 54 years.
Emanuel was preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Ola Mae Randolph-Prezzy; and five brothers: George, Benjamin, Nathaniel, Lawrence, and Harry Randolph.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his wife, Janie F. Randolph; two sons: Ricky Randolph of Holly Hill, SC and Ron Christopher Randolph (Kissia) of North Charleston, SC; a special nephew, Benjamin (Ben) Randolph was reared in the home, and one daughter: Dionne Council; four grandchildren: Ayanna (Jordan) Hanzalik, Christopher Lamar Randolph, Dawun Davis, and Jeremiah Council; a special niece: Jayla Mae Randolph; three brothers: Michael (Eartha) Randolph, Clemson (Brenda) Randolph, both of Holly Hill, SC, and Richard (Janice) Randolph of California; three sisters: Mazie (Reggie) Lawrence of Florida, Joann (Frankie) Howard of North Carolina, and Betsy (Percy) Fludd of Connecticut; eight loving brothers-in-love and nine loving sisters-in-love; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
