Demondrae Ra’Quan Benjamin, the son of Sheron Randolph and Tawanda Green was born September 3, 2000 in Orangeburg, SC. He entered into eternal rest on May 24, 2020.
“Mondrae” as he was affectionately known grew up in Holly Hill in the Boyer community. He attended the public schools and graduated from Lake Marion High School with the class of 2019. He was known and loved by many.
He worked at Burger King and Gerber for a short period of time. He also enjoyed playing basketball, eating chicken, and hanging out with the fellows, especially his best friend Riquez J. Williams, before his passing in March.
Mondrae was preceded in death by his grandparents Margaret Green, Clary Green, Mary Mack, Joe Green, Daniel Green, and Ned Randolph.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories; mother, Tawanda Green of the home; father, Sheron (Ruthie) Randolph, Holly Hill, SC; six sisters; Cierra Gillard, Greenville, SC, Amaia and Diamond Benjamin, Riyanna and Pendreanna Coakley, Holly Hill, SC, and Sa’Riyah Randolph, Vance, SC; four brothers, Niquez Weldon, Landyn Sweatman, and Mason Randolph, Holly Hill, SC and Sheron Randolph, Vance, SC; maternal grandfather, Richard Green, Holly Hill, SC; paternal grandfather, John Randolph, Boston, Mass.; paternal grandmother, Jennifer Green, Holly Hill, SC, and great-grandmother, Virginia Green, Holly Hill, SC. A special Aunt, Chenita Green, Atlanta, GA; special friend, Trajona Sprinkle, Columbia, SC; best friend, Aubrianna Johnson, Holly Hill, SC; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
