Deborah Ann Poole was born to Robert Jamison and Betty Jean Wright on November 16, 1953. Deborah was loved, raised, and adopted by Mr. Shelly and Estelle Poole at four days old.
Deborah entered into internal rest on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at her resident, surrounded by her love ones.
Deborah received her education at Holly Hill Elementary School and was a graduate of Roberts High School Class of 1971. For many years Deborah worked as a seamstress at Skyline LTD and Amblers Industries. Later on, she became the front desk receptionist at St. George Health Care Center.
As a child Deborah attended Live Oak A.M.E. Church in Vance, SC. She later joined Greater Deliverance Tabernacle, where she served on the missionary board.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents Shelly and Estelle Poole, her daughter Ciera Estelle Poole, and two brothers Matthew Jamison and Robert Hamilton, Jr.
Deborah leaves fond memories that will be cherished by her two daughters: Kimberly Poole of Holly Hill, SC and Danielle (Kelton) Higgins of Harleyville, SC; three precious grandchildren Kelton Higgins, Jr., Albreann D. Brown, and Alliyah Miluv Brown; her siblings: Rosalind Harriet of Columbia, SC, Ruth Cheryl Jamison of Vance, SC, Mrs. Jeanette (Roy) Williams of Santee, SC, Shirley Mae Stanley of Bowman, SC, Jeryy Bannister of Brooklyn, NY, Reggie (Liz) Abraham of Columbia, SC and Robert Lee Jamison of St. George; two godchildren: Adrian Golden and Mek Jamison; her loving and caring friends: Marilyn Fuller, Brenda Smith, Helen Jenkins, Joyce Vogt and Louise Hines, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will be receiving mailed condolences at 748 Bunch Ford Road Holly Hill, SC 29059.
