Chelsea Smith

Chelsea Jalise Smith, the beloved daughter of Gary and Danielle Smith was born on January 9, 1998, in Charleston, South Carolina. She departed this earthly life on August 14, 2022, at the Regional Medical Center.

Chelsea attended the public schools of Orangeburg County and she received her Diploma from Penn Foster. She received schooling as a Medical Assistant at Trident Tech in Charleston, S C. She was pursuing her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and she recently was employed at Wrightway Child Development Center.

Chelsea was a strong, caring, loving, easy -going, outgoing and dedicated person. She enjoyed life and all its thrills. Her pride and joy was her only child , Zayvion Smith, in which she enjoyed spending time with him and he was her everything.

Chelsea leaves to cherish her unprecedented legacy to her loving son : Zayvion Smith of Eutawville, S C ; her parents : Gary , Sr. and Danielle Smith of Eutawville, S C , her maternal grandmother: Minnie Ann Bryant; four sisters : Anita Davis of N Y, Dominique Dingle of Holly Hill, S C, Aaliyah and Ciara Smith of Eutawville, S C; two brothers: Gary, Jr. (Marica) Smith of Eutawville, S C and Antwan (Sophia) Smith of Santee, S C; her uncles : Elvis Smith (Diana), Calvin Smith and Joseph Smith; her aunts : Yolanda Bryant, Amber Bryant -James (Shirron), Belinda Ann Hill, Shirley Thompson, Hester Smith and Zelphine Smith -Dixon (Markee); her beloved friend : Tyneisha Bryant of Eutawville, S C ; three nieces, two nephews, cousins and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
