Barbara McFadden

Ms. Barbara Ann Shuler McFadden of Holly Hill, SC, enter eternal rest on Sunday March 6, 2022, at her home after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late  Sammie Shuler Sr. and Mattie Lou Jacques Shuler who was born on June 22, 1957.

Ms. Shuler McFadden was educated through the district schools of Holly Hill, S.C. formally known as Roberts Elementary and Roberts High School where she received her diploma.

Barbara Ann, joined Greater Unity A.M.E. Church in December of 2020 and received Jesus Christ as a born-again believer.  Through repentance and rededication, she asked God to forgive her in Jesus name again on March 3rd, 2022.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents: Sammie and Mattie Lou Shuler and four siblings: Eartha, Beverly, Deborah, and Pamela.

 Ms. Shuler McFadden leaves to cherish her loving memories: 5 children; only daughter: Tiona Shuler and (Christopher Lewis ) her significant other of Mt. Pleasant, SC; four sons: Lonell McFadden (Adyenne) his fiancée of Columbia, SC, Antonio McFadden (Sheena) of Charleston, SC, Javon Smith, of Holly Hill, SC,  and Dominique Smith of Orangeburg, SC; eight sisters and brothers:  Corine Shuler of Miami, FL, Barbara Jean Shuler of Holly Hill, SC, Margaret Berry of Columbia SC, Pastor Sammie Shuler (First Lady Shuler Ruthie), of White Plains, NY, Rev. Jackie Jamison (Willie Lee) Shuler of  Vance, SC, Sandra Shuler of Marietta, GA, Lil Mattie Shuler (Brady Holman) her significant other of Orangeburg, SC, and  Williard (Annette) Glover of  Sumter, SC; 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 23 nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
