A Time to be Born…
Anthony Quinn Myers Jr. was an outgoing and loving son, father, brother, and friend. He was born on November 13, 1995 to his loving parents Anthony Sr. and Krana Myers.
A Time to Die…
T.J. departed this life on Thursday, June 11, 2020 in North Charleston, at the age of 24.
A Time to Build up…
At the tender age of 15, T.J. made a decision to be baptized and accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He graduated from Cross High School, in 2015, where he was also one of the star football players. T.J. became a member of the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Club in 2010, where he was heavily involved in serving his community. He was taught by his father and best friend, Anthony Myers Sr. to fish, the love of his favorite football team (Dallas Cowboys), to drive trucks, and to love family no matter what. He was also taught by his father how to transport mobile homes, while working for their family owned business, Myers Transport, at an early age where his passion and love for driving trucks grew. T.J. was also afforded a great opportunity to work with his mother for two years at Tree Brand Packaging, driving flatbed trucks. He then later would work with his father at Ravenel Transport, pulling mobile homes. T.J. had an aspiration and was in the process of starting his own trucking company.
A Time to Love…
T.J. loved his mother, Krana Myers with all his heart. A special bond that could never be erased, not even in death. She taught him to just be thankful for what you have no matter the situation. He admired and looked up to his older sister, Sharnae Warren, to the point where he followed her everywhere she went. On June 13, 2017, a young lady came into his life and captured his whole heart, his daughter, Alivia Ravenell-Myers. T.J. was a proud father and cared deeply for his daughter. He enjoyed doing what most 24-year old men do; playing video games (preferably Madden), slapping cards on the table in a good game of spades, eating a good home cooked meal, drinking a cold Bud Light, followed by his jokes and contagious laughter. He took great pride in spending time with and having cook-outs with his family.
A Time to Mourn…
T.J. will be fondly remembered by family and friends as creating the opportunity to spend time with the people who mattered the most. His smile and laughter will forever be imprinted on our hearts. He is preceded in death by Grand-parents: Isabelle Myers, Freddie Beaton, Viola Warren, and Ben Warren.
His precious memories will be cherished by his daughter, Alivia Sanaa Ravenell-Myers: parents, Anthony Sr. and Krana Myers: sister, Sharnae Warren: cousin/sister, Brayonna Warren: uncles, Benjamin (Erin) Warren, Virginia: Robert Warren, New York: Kenneth (Sarina) Warren, South Carolina: Tevas Myers, Florida: Benjamin Johnson, Douglas Johnson and Brian Johnson all of South Carolina: aunts, Delores Warren, South Carolina: Rose (Charles) Irvin-Warner, Georgia: Phyllis (Matthew) Aguilera, South Carolina: Stephanie Myers, South Carolina: Tandera Myers, Georgia: Jasmine (Dondell) Brown, Georgia: Tanya Henderson, South Carolina: A host of great uncles and aunts, cousins, and friends.
