Ms. Ann M. Patterson Lee, daughter of the late Reverend Julius and Corrine Davis Milligan, was born on September 24, 1940 in Berkeley County, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on July 24, 2021, at home. Ann was educated in the public school of Berkley County. She retired from the Coastal Center in Ladson, SC and Ethel Christian Day Center in Goose Creek, SC.
Ann was united in Holy Matrimony to Joe Patterson. This union was blessed with four children: Joann, Vincent, Sidney, and Craig.
Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She love God, Christian music, family and friends. She was a dedicated member and served as an Usher and Senior Missionary of Moncks Corner Baptist Church; and a active member of the Antioch Baptist Association until her health begin to fail.
Ann was preceded in death by three of her children: Vincent, Joe, and Joann.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories: her children: Sidney Patterson of Orlando Fla. and Craig (Deshewn) Patterson of Orlando Fla; three granddaughters: Keia Reed of Moncks Corner, SC, Zyiare Patterson and Latifah Davis of Orlando, Fla.; one grandson: Robert Lee Carr Davis of Orlando, Fla.; six great grandchildren all of Orlando Fla.; one sister; Dorothy M. Young of Philadelphia, PA; sisters-in-law: Betty Milligan of Kentucky and Dorothy P. (Rev. Leon Salley) of Lincolnville, SC,; one brother-in-law: Willie Carpenter of Lincolnville, SC; a special nephew; Bernard Milligan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ann will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
