A TIME TO BE BORN: Lorraine was born Sunday, June 7, 1970, to the late John D. Holman, and Lucille Clark. On Saturday, March 2, 2019. Lorraine gained her wings when she received a call from God to come Home that she couldn't refuse. Surrounded by loved ones, she accepted the call. She then closed her eyes and slipped into the loving arms of Jesus, where true peace and rest always abide.
A TIME TO LEARN: Lorraine grew up in Holly Hill, SC. She was a graduate of Holly Hill-Roberts High School, where she was an active member of FHA and the track team. She dedicated her life to Christ and joined Mt Olive AME Church at an early age. Lorraine was previously employed by Joe's Diner, Back House and Grill, and Becca's Soul Food where she was known for her culinary skills. She fed many in the community. She was known to many as the neighborhood mom.
A TIME TO WEEP: Lorraine was preceded in death by her father, John D. Holman.
A TIME TO MOURN: Lorraine leaves to cherish loving and wonderful memories with her mother, Lucille Clark, of Vance, SC; her fiance, Frankie Jenkins of the home (Eutawville, SC); two daughters: Frances (Dajahn) Grant and Bendrena (Jaquan) Jenkins (both of Summerville, SC); three stepchildren: Sequoia R.
