Dorothy Ann Johnson Bell, was born September 17, 1962 in Holly Hill, SC.  She was the daughter of the late Addie Mae Johnson.  She departed this life on Monday, March 27, 2017.  

She grew up in Holly Hill, SC.  She was a 1980 graduate of Holly Hill Roberts High School.  She joined Target A.M.E. Church at an early age.

Dorothy married the love of her life, Herbert Bell on August 17, 1985. To this union two children were born. Her parents, three sisters, and two brothers preceded her in death.

Dorothy leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: her husband, Herbert, of the home; one daughter, Jamani, of the home; one son, Antwan (Darshanique) of Providence, Rhode Island; two sisters, Ethel ( Rev. James) Ross, of Dorchester, SC and Juanita (William) Grant, of Conyers, GA; one brother, Willie Lee (Gloria) Johnson, of Holly Hill, SC; one daughter-in-law; one aunt, Flora Dell Johnson, of Holly Hill, SC; her mother-in-law, Louise Bell of Boston, Massachusetts; father-in-law, Willmon P. Bell of Holly Hill, SC; four sisters-in-law; twelve brothers-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
