Anthony Jenkins, son of Leroy Jenkins and Shirley L. Council, was born on September 29, 1965, in Holly Hill, SC. He departed this life on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Orangeburg Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC. 

Anthony spend his early years in Holly Hill, SC where he attended Holly Hill Schools. He was employed with R. H. Moore. He lived a long extended life after being in an car accident. 

In addition to his parents, Anthony leaves to cherish his three children, Anthony Price Jenkins, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Randall G. Jenkins of Orangeburg, SC, and Ashley Clark of Florence, SC. 

During the course of his life he had many interests that captured his imagination. He had a great sense of humor, and a special love for his family and children. 

H leaves to cherish his fond memories, his parents: Leroy Jenkins and Shirley L. Council; one sister: Shirley E. Jenkins of the home; four brothers: Leroy Council, Gerald Jenkins, Charlie P. Jenkins, and Jason Jenkins all of Holly Hill, SC; three aunts and seven uncles including one special auntie Rachel Shaw; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
